#### 1.For win

-Run API Worker to anti Ban account

<mark style="color:red;">**You must enable the API worker before logging in and keep it running during use.**</mark>

* How to get a token:\
  `Go to:` [`http://zeno360.io.vn/`](http://zeno360.io.vn/)
* Message the shop with the key expiry date so the shop can provide a key for you to log in and get the token.
* You are limited to getting one token every 20 minutes.
* Message format to send to the shop:\
  `Key + exp date -> xxx.xxx.xx + 10/9/2025`

Then Input token & save :&#x20;

For customers upgrading from the old extension to the new one:

Open API worker -> re-enter key ->  login

<mark style="color:red;">If you don’t upgrade to a pro account, click sign out and then click activate again.</mark>

### IV.Note

* Continue the conversation: If you encounter a "limit" error while chatting, *<mark style="color:red;">**just send 1-2 more sentences or start a new chat**</mark>*. After that, you can continue to use your Pro or Ultra package as usual.
* First-time check: The first time you open the app, check if your Pro package has been activated. If it has, you can close and reopen the app to start using it.
* If you receive an answer in Chinese, go to settings -> rules and delete the existing rules.
* If responses are slow, switch to settings -> network -> http2.

### V.FAQ

#### <mark style="color:purple;">1.Cannot enable max mode</mark>

* Please restart the tool with administrator privileges and try again!!!
* Usually, most errors can be fixed by refreshing the cursor, but try the following methods first to avoid wasting your account.

#### <mark style="color:purple;">**2.Only GPT 4.1 can be used, need to update to pro, ultra**</mark>

The questions raised are not related to code (such as writing a novel or a restricted keyword), leading to the official refusal of the request. This is not an issue with the account.

**Solution:**

* \+ Start a new session and try requesting "Hello"
* \+ Check the new project directory
* \+ Check for multiple return lines
* \+ Completely uninstall Cursor and reinstall for testing (control panel or uninstaller, only considered reinstalled when the login prompt appears after reopening)
* \+ Remove rules

* Turn the application (Cursor) off and on again.
* Temporarily switch to using the Gemini 2.5 Pro or 3.7 thinking model.
* If that doesn't work, create a new conversation.
* Optional: You can export your old chat history and attach the file to the new conversation for the AI to review.
* After finishing, switch back to using the Sonnet 4 Max model.

#### <mark style="color:purple;">**7.Fix the error when MaxMode support is unavailable (for all operating systems)**</mark>

* Step 1: Make sure you have downloaded the latest version.
* Step 2: In the tool, click Initialize Cursor -> turn off maxmode -> use CTRL SHIFT ESC to completely end the tool task.
* Step 3: Click to turn off updates on the tools.
* Step 4: Re-enter the tool, turn on maxmode, and use it as normal.

#### <mark style="color:purple;">8.Why does Claude 4 respond as 3.7 sonnet:</mark>

* &#x20;Many people will test this part to check the model, but because of bypass capabilities, we sometimes have to send it under the name of Claude 7 thinking or GPT 4o to get past Cursor, so the responses will vary depending on the situation.&#x20;

However, we still guarantee a high-quality model (it will be about 7.5/10 compared to Cursor Auth because the current external API price for Claude 4 Sonnet and Opus is quite expensive). Thank you all for your understanding. Suggest Augment for sonnet 4 auth better.
